Emily is a qualified Secondary School Food Teacher with over 15 years of experience. Being a trained chocolatier, she enjoys sharing cookery skills learned from her travels around the world. She is also proud to call herself a writer after achieving a Distinction in the world-renowned Writing for Young People MA at Bath Spa University. She later received the Wells Literary Festival Book for Children award for her debut novel.

Now she is merging her three passions: writing, cooking, and teaching at Words and Chocolate, and is thrilled to bring exciting cookery workshops for children, teens, and families, creative writing services.
